Name: Hot Dog Goulash
Ingredients: 2 onions, diced; 5 tablespoons olive oil; 2 tablespoons paprika; 2 teaspoons white vinegar or a splash of dry red wine, optional; 6 potatoes, cubed; 1 (8-10) pack @abelesheymann K4P hot dogs, sliced into ½-inch coins. I added more cuz the hot dogs are our fave.; 2 ½ – 3 teaspoons kosher salt; Freshly cracked black peppercorns or white pepper, to taste; Garlic powder, optional, to taste; 1 ½ tablespoons tomato paste; 1 tablespoon sugar; 2 tablespoons ketchup
