Ingredients

• ¼ cup boiling water
• 2 tbsp. superfine sugar
• - ice
• ¼ cup pineapple juice
• ¼ cup Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (from the Produce Department)
• 1 tbsp. minced fresh mint
• plus 2 sprigs for garnish
• 2 fresh pineapple wedges and pineapple leaves
• for garnish (optional)
