- 1/2 cup warm water ((105 to 115 degrees F))
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 eggs
- 6 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon butter ((to brush the rolls))
