How to Make Cannabis Cheese

Ingredients

• 1/8 to 1/4 ounce of cannabis flower per pound of cheese
• 1 gallon of milk (whole milk or half-and-half for a creamier texture)
• 1/2 cup of cultured buttermilk or a bacterial starter culture
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt per pound of cheese
