Adapted from a classic Ramos Gin Fizz, this cocktail is allegedly unfavorable to mixologists because of a prescribed 12-minute shake time. Updated, the long shake isn’t necessary for a foamy top.

- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1-2 oz Seltzer
