Kicked Up Spinach Dip –Two Ways

Ingredients

• 10 oz (300 g) frozen spinach, thawed
• 2 cups (500 mL) GAY LEA - Original Sour Cream
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) IVANHOE - Old Cheddar, shredded
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) green onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) red pepper, roasted and finely chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) SALERNO - Grated 100% Parmesan Cheese
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) hot sauce, Louisiana-Style
• 1 tsp (5 mL) dried dill
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
• 1 garlic clove, minced
