- 60mls sweetened apple sauce
- 125g whole spelt or whole wheat flour
- 45 grams cocoa powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 300g peeled and grated courgette (put in food processor to remove all lumps)
- 100g 70% dark chocolate bar broken up into small pieces
