- 100g Flahavans Oats
- 120ml milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 X 240ml ramekins, buttered
- Honey, fresh berries, dried fruits, nuts, nut butters & chocolate chips
