Saucy Spicy Pizza recipe by Bibi Ayesha Mansoor

Ingredients

• 500g chicken fillet ..cut into cubes
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• Half teaspoon ground green chillies
• 1 teaspoon salt or Aromat (a South African Spice)
• Half teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon crushed jeeraa seeds
• 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• Add..1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon chilli masala paste
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon chilli pdr
• Half teaspoon tumeric
• 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli
• Aromat (a South African Spice) or salt
• 2 cups of sifted flour
• 1 level teaspoon salt
• 1 level teaspoon sugar
• 5 tablespoon oil
• 3 teaspoon baking pdr
• Half teaspoon dried herbs
• About 1 cup of hot milk..
