Candied Sweet Potatoes In VitaClay - VitaClay® Chef

Ingredients

• ¼ cup melted butter (grass fed tastes best!)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• ¼ teaspoon salt (the salt you use matters!)
• 1-2 cups coconut sugar
• 4 pounds sweet potato, cut into 1/2 inch cubes/slices
• 2 T cornstarch or arrowroot powder
• ½ bag of marshmallows (optional)
• 2 cups water for VM7900 cooker, or 4 cups water for VM7800-5C model
