Easy Butter Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon turmeric
• 1 tablespoon garam masala
• 1 tablespoon hot Hungarian paprika
• kosher salt, to taste
• freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 2 pounds chicken tenders, cut into 1-inch portions
• 4 tablespoons salted butter
• ***For the sauce:***
• 1 cup tomatoes, crushed
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 (2-inch) knob ginger, peeled and grated
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and grated
• 3/4 cup heavy cream, room temperature
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

• 2 cups basmati rice, cooked and warm
