Nando’s Chicken Strips & Rice recipe by Taskeen Jamal Karim

Ingredients

• 2 chicken fillets (500 g)
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• Lemon juice squeeze
• 3 tablespoon Nando’s garlic sauce (I used garlic mayo)
• 3 tablespoon Nando’s mild sauce ( I used bushveld braai (bbq))
• 1.5 cups rice with salt and turmeric
• 1 onion fine
• 1 green pepper into cubes
• 3 tablespoon butter
• 2 teaspoon spice for rice
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
