Creamy Hi Fibre Pasta recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 2 cups Fattis & Monis hi Fibre screw pasta boiled al dante
• 3 chicken fillets cubed
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 teaspoons grounded coriander leaves
• ½ teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (taysti)
• White sauce
• 2 tablespoons corn flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Add cheese and add to pasta.
• 100g of pasta = 60g of carb
• Corn flour = 6g
• Milk = 2g
