• 8 Eggs
• 2 1/2 cups Finely Diced Onion
• 1 cup Finely Diced Celery
• 1 cup Dried Currants
• 3 tbsp Chopped garlic
• 1 1/2 cups Ketchup ((plus additional for coating)
• 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/8 cup Soy Sauce
• 1 1/2 cup A1 Sauce
• 1 1/2 tbsp Coarse Black Pepper ((plus additional for top of meatloaf))
• 1 1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt
• 1 1/2 tbsp Dry Oregano
• 4 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
• 14-18 pieces Applewood Smoked Bacon
