Ingredients

  • 12 pack of King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (more to taste)
  • 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small shallot, chopped very fine or grated
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced ham (you can use up to 1 pound of ham to make them meatier)*
  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
  • Poppy Seeds or Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  • * I used Black Forest Ham
