Ingredients

• 1/2kg chicken fillet cut into strips. Wash and drain
• 5 tablespoons double cream yogurt
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt and pepper
• 5-6 tablespoons Calistos pepe sauce
• Flour mixture:
• 1 cup cake flour
• 1 teaspoon Paprika
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon cajun spice
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
• 1 teaspoon parsley
