Cabbage and Ham soup - Student Recipes
surprisingly yummy and really good for you
Ingredients
- * half a large dark green cabbage (roughly chopepd)
- * Packet of nice ham slices chopped into rectangles
- * 3 pints of hot water with 4 beef stock cubes dissolved in it
- * 2 tablespoons of english mustard
- * Ground Pepper (be generous!)
- * 2 carrots halved lengthways and sliced (so u have semi circles)
- * 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
