Ingredients

• 2 lbs. 85% lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
• 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs(Italian or plain)
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1 tsp. basil
• 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
• 6 thin slices of Vidalia or red onion
• 6 thin slices of mozarella cheese
