Ingredients

• ½ kg chicken
• 4 -5 pieces garlic
• 1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
• 2 onions (chopped)
• 8 green cardamoms
• 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon cloves
• 3 cinnamon sticks
• 2 -3 green chilies, chopped
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
• 2 tomatoes , chopped
• 2 cups rice
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• 5 cups hot water
• ½ cup raisins, to decorate
• 1 carrot grated, to decorate
