- 2 tablespoons mazina flour
- 2 tablespoons curd ( yogurt). 1 teaspoon.baking powder.
- 1 teaspoon oil
- ½ teaspoon orange food colour
- Oil for frying jalebi.
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 and ½ ( haf) cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Pinch of orange food
