• 1 cup sliced strawberries
• 1 cup sliced oranges
• 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
• 1 tablespoon orange zest
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Dressing Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons Aperol or Campari
• 2 tablespoons Prosecco vinegar (or substitute white wine vinegar)
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• Soda water (optional, for spritz effect)
