- 1 1/4 cup corn starch
- 3/4 cup flour
- 4 oz. butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon essence of vanilla
- 1 can of evaporated milk (12 oz.)
- 1 can of sweet and condensed milk (14 oz.)
