Lion House Banana Bread Muffins Recipe - Six Sisters' Stuff

Ingredients

• ½ cup butter ((or margarine))
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup mashed bananas (3-4 bananas)
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 cups flour
• 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup chopped nuts ((optional - I like walnuts best!))
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 5 Tablespoons milk
• ½ teaspoon almond extract
