Creamy Layered Banana Pudding Parfaits

Ingredients

• 1 cups Ontario whole milk
• 1 can Ontario evaporated milk
• 4 egg yolks
• ¼ cup cornstarch
• ½ graduated sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 4 tbsp local butter
• 2 cups Ontario whipping cream, whipped
• 3 + 2 ripe bananas, sliced
• 3 cups lady fingers or vanilla wafer cookies
• Whipped Cream for topping
• ½ cup shaved chocolate, optional topping
