Ingredients

• 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
• 3 eggs
• 1 ½ cups bread crumbs (traditional or panko)
• 1 tsp salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• ¼ cup Hot Monkey Pepper Flavored Vodka
• ½ cup honey
• 2 tsp chili paste (such as Sambal Oelek)
• 2 TBSP butter
• For serving (optional): celery sticks and creamy dressing like ranch or blue cheese
