Ingredients

• 1 grass fed beef heart (you can use deer heart)
• garlic (as much as you like)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 leek, chopped
• 2 cups beef broth + 1/3 c.
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 6 to 10 slices of bacon (thick cut if you can)
• 8 oz. of fresh mushrooms (please don't use canned mushrooms. fresh is so much better)
