Ingredients

• 3 ripe avocados
• 1 small lime (juice only)
• ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1–2 small Roma tomatoes, diced (optional, seeds removed)
• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional, seeds removed for less heat)
• ½ tsp garlic, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
• Salt, to taste
