Easy Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken & Chorizo Orzo Recipe
This is a summer twist on an absolute favourite slow cooker pasta recipe, great for warmer days. Learn how to make our creamy chicken & chorizo orzo.
Ingredients
- 3 x chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp red pesto
- 100g (3.5 oz) cooked chorizo
- Handful of Sundried tomatoes 🍅
- 1 tbsp basil or mixed herbs
- 4 garlic cloves
- 100ml of chicken stock + 700ml for pasta
- 230g of dry orzo
- 200ml double cream
- Handful of spinach or basil
