For lesser heat, use half quantity.; 2-3 Lime, to get about 1/4 cup lime juice; 1 tsp Hot Sauce, adjust per taste; 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder, preferably toasted and ground; 1/2 tsp Salt, adjust to taste
