Ingredients

• 4 cups cooked peeled mashed sweet potatoes (4 to 6 large)
• 1 cup fat free half and half
• 4 larges eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
