Spring onion and cheese tart

Ingredients

• 100 g white flour
• 100 g wholemeal PureSpelt flour
• ¼ cube yeast
• 1 tbsp white flour
• 50 g butter
• 300 g semi-hard cheese
• 250 g half-fat quark
• 2 eggs
• 1 garlic cloves
• 6 spring onions incl. green parts
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp salt
• a little nutmeg
• a little pepper
