Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 medium sweet potatoes (about 2 lbs (roughly 4 cups when mashed))
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg ( or use cinnamon)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup low fat milk (or use any variety)
- 1 prepared pie crust (or make your own (see directions below))
