Coffee Rubbed Burgers - GRILLED

Ingredients

• 2 lb Ground beef
• 4 Slices of smoked Gouda
• 4 Eggs
• 12 Slices of hardwood smoked bacon
• 4 Burger buns
• Tomatoes, onions, lettuce, mayo and/or your favorite condiments
• 1 1/2 tbsp Ground coffee
• 1 tbsp Brown sugar
• 2 tsp Chili powder
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp Onion powder
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper
