Ingredients

• 230g stork to bake margarine
• 1 ¾ cups ordinary sugar
• 1 cup coconut cream
• 4 egg yolks
• 4 egg whites
• Pinch of bicarbonate of soda
• 2 ½ cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• ½ teaspoon fine salt
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tablespoon coconut essence
• 6 egg whites
• 150ml castor sugar
• 2 cups dessicated coconut
