- 500 g steak marinated in:
- 1Tblsp green chilli
- ½ teaspoon ground garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
- Add ½ tray sliced mushrooms
- Add. Chopped green pepers
- Add origanum/parsley
- 1 cup (250ml) fresh cream or dessert cream and simmer untill sauce thickens.
