• 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
• 2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
• 2 Tbs. Garlic Powder
• 2 Tbs. from Black Peppercorn Grinder
• 1 Tbs. Sea Salt or Pink Salt
• 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
• 2 Drops of Lemon Essential Oil
• 1 Drop of Lime Essential Oil
• 1 Drop of Cilantro Essential Oil
