Hot chocolate
This is off the scale. It’s so simple to make and is much better than the shop-bought stuff, which probably hasn’t got much chocolate in it anyway.
Ingredients
- 200g quality dark chocolate (70%)
- 10 tablespoons quality cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoons Horlicks powder
- 5 tablespoons cornflour
- 5 tablespoons icing sugar
- 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
