• 1/2 clove minced garlic, or garlic salt to taste
• 2 C chicken broth or water
• 3 tbsps. tomato sauce
• 1 C long grain rice
• diced: 2 grn onions, sml slice bell pepper
• 1 tomato (diced fine)
• 1 pinch whole cumin
