• 225 g courgette, coarsely grated
• 2 large eggs, whisked
• 50 g plain flour
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp dill
• 1 tsp parsley flat leaf
• 1 tsp chives
• 1 tsp paprika smoked
• 1 lemon, zest
• 1 tsp sea salt mill adjustable
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 100g feta cheese, crumbled
• 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Greek Yoghurt, to serve (optional)
• 2 Lemons, cut into wedges
• Fresh dill (optional)
