These gooey peanut butter & chocolate swirl cookie bars are irresistibly soft and gooey and full of that delicious peanut butter and chocolate combination.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup Golden Barrel organic cane sugar
- 3/4 cup Golden Barrel Light Brown Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 bag chocolate chips ((I used a 10 oz bag))
