• 1 oz Honeycrisp Siren Shrub
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz of chai simple syrup
• a dash of orange bitters
• 3 chai tea bags
• 1 cup of water
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
