Air Fryer Chicken à la King Loaded Potatoes

Ingredients

• Baked potatoes:
• 4large potatoes
• 2tbsp olive oil
• 1tsp salt
• 30ml Lurpak® butter
• Chicken à la King filling:
• half a green pepper , finely chopped
• 1tbsp olive oil
• 2skinless chicken breasts , cooked & cut into small pieces
• 375ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Mushroom Sauce (1.5 tubs)
• salt and pepper to taste
• To finish:
• 50g LANCEWOOD® Grated Gouda
• 4streaky bacon , fried until crispy
• 1tbsp fresh parsley , finely chopped
