• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 small red onion, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons pesto sauce, store-bought or homemade
