• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
