Ingredients
- FOR THE COFFEE BASE LATTE
- For Latte: 1 sachet of L’OR Essenso Less Sugar with 100ml water
- For Espresso:2 L’OR Coconut Espresso shot
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- Optional:1 teaspoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
- FOR THE SEA SALT FOAM
- For Latte: ½ teaspoon sugar, 30ml whipping cream and 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- For Espresso: 1 teaspoon of sugar, 50ml whipping cream and 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- Optional:1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of coarse sea salt for garnish
