Crispy Orange Beef - Recipes - Ty Ling

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 500 g beef steak
• 2 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
• pinch of salt and pepper
• Juice of 2 large oranges
• Zest of half an orange
• 3 tbsp caster sugar
• 5 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 cloves of garlic – peeled and crushed
• 1 thumb sized piece of ginger – peeled and finely chopped/grated
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• 1 red pepper – sliced into chunks
• 1 large onion peeled and sliced into chunks
