Ingredients

• ½ tsp. ground cumin
• ½ tsp. ground allspice
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 1 large red onion, finely chopped
• 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
• 75 g cracker crumbs or stale breadcrumbs
• Soft, flat lettuce, to serve
• Tzatziki, to serve
• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 2 sundried tomatoes, cut into strips
• 1 tbsp. Greek olive oil
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 kg lean minced beef
• 1 tbsp. freshly chopped coriander
