- 8 oz Frick’s hickory smoked sliced ham, chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1 dozen Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 8 oz sliced Swiss cheese ( about 1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 ( 8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (or chia seeds)
