• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1- 8 oz. container Tropical Dried Fruit , chopped
• 1 cup cinnamon-sugar
