• 3 whole Bayleaf
• 2 tbls Creole Seasoning (McCormick)
• 2 tbls Jerk Seasoning (McCormick)
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
• 1/2 tsp Oregano
• 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 cups Pork, Chicken, or Beef Broth
• 1 tbls olive oil
